Located in the picturesque Niagara-on-the-Lake area in Ontario, Sunnybrook Wine uses 100% locally grown fruits for its wines & ciders. It combines traditional wine making methods with an innovative approach.
With its northern exposure, Canadian winemaking is synonymous with icewine, a luscious wine with highly concentrated flavours made from grapes that have been left to freeze naturally on the vine.
Ontario’s ideal climates of warm summers and cold winters helped to propel it as the capital of Icewine in the world.
Our Iced Apple and Iced Pear wines are crafted to reflect this great Canadian tradition. Also made in the cyro-extraction method, these wines have similar complex and intense flavours derived from concentrated sugar, acid, and fruit extracts.
Enjoy these wines cold or serve them in the cocktails.
